Job summary

HACAP in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Head Start/Early Head Start Family Support Worker for a full-time, 40-hour week. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with a pay range of $21.91–$24.60 per hour, depending on education and experience.

This role focuses on helping low-income families access resources and supports to promote child development. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Associate degree or CDA, plus relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Target Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or related field with 18 ECE credits, or CDA credential.
• Mid-Level Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 9 ECE credits.
• Minimum Qualifications: Home Visitor CDA Credential with 3 months experience in licensed early childhood or school-based preschool setting.
