HACAP in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Head Start/Early Head Start Family Support Worker for a full-time, 40-hour week. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with a pay range of $21.91–$24.60 per hour, depending on education and experience.
This role focuses on helping low-income families access resources and supports to promote child development. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Associate degree or CDA, plus relevant experience.

The Head Start/Early Head Start Family Support Worker focuses on equipping low income families with the skills and resources they need to thrive. Family Support Workers assist families with identifying their strengths and focusing on the goals they have related to the success of their children, as well as provide support to help families meet their goals by connecting them to needed resources.
