Job summary

Utah Community Action is hiring a Family Services Worker at our Wendover, Utah location. You will support families with timely, confidential case management, connect them to health and developmental follow-up, and coordinate enrollment and community resources within a Head Start setting.

We value collaboration with teaching teams, active parent engagement, and ongoing professional development. Eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social, human, or family services.
• Two years of related experience.
• Wendover site: In place of a bachelor's degree, up to 18 months to obtain Family Development Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, confidential case management for families.
• Maintain complete records and coordinate health/developmental follow-up.
• Connect families with community resources and collaborate with teaching teams.
• Engage parents, support enrollment, and participate in outreach.
