Job summary

Utah Community Action is hiring a Family Services Worker at our Wendover, Utah location. You will support families with timely, confidential case management, connect them to health and developmental follow-up, and coordinate enrollment and community resources within a Head Start setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social, human, or family services.
• Two years of related experience.
• Wendover site: In place of a bachelor's degree, up to 18 months to obtain Family Development Certification.

About the Role

The Family Services Worker supports families from diverse backgrounds through timely, accurate, and confidential case management. The role maintains complete records, coordinates health and developmental follow-up, connects families with community resources, and works collaboratively with teaching teams to support classroom safety and service delivery. Responsibilities also include parent engagement activities, enrollment support, community outreach and recruitment, ongoing professional development, and other assigned duties.
