Community Action Partnership Belknap-Merrimack Counties is seeking a Head Start Education Manager to oversee preschool teachers and quality child development programs at Lakes Region Family Center. The role emphasizes cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants and toddlers in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; infant/toddler coursework preferred.
• Three years of early childhood education teaching experience; two years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; knowledge of Head Start policies and licensing.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular observations of Head Start classrooms and provide feedback to teachers.
• Ensure compliance with NH Childcare Licensing and Head Start requirements.
• Model responsive, supportive adult–child interactions.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting development benchmarks, screenings, and curriculum documentation.
• Support ongoing training and supervision of Head Start preschool teachers.
