Jefferson County Head Start in Arvada is seeking an on-site Manager to lead education services, ensure program quality and compliance, and drive readiness across the Head Start program.

You will translate strategic priorities into measurable objectives, guide staff, and collaborate with leadership to support child outcomes. Travel to Lakewood or Wheat Ridge is required; salary is competitive with standard benefits included.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five (5) years of work-related experience and three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Head Start program with accountability for quality and compliance.
• Translate strategic plans into measurable education objectives and plans.
• Identify risks and lead improvement efforts through data-driven evaluation.
• Oversee data collection and analysis to guide decisions and measure progress.
• Provide strategic direction for developmentally appropriate education for infants to preschoolers.
