Responsibilities

• Refer children with potential special needs to appropriate staff.
• Collaborate with team to develop and implement IEPs and behavior plans.
• Guide and facilitate daily activities, field trips, and materials setup.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Supervise children at all times and apply positive behavior management strategies.
