Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks an experienced Education Supervisor to lead Head Start and Early Head Start programs across multiple California locations. You will design and deliver training, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, compliant curriculum implementation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in ECE or related field, CA Site Supervisor Permit or higher, and 5–8 years’ experience with young children, including supervisory responsibilities. Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE, child development, or special education.
• Possession of a Site Supervisor Permit or higher (CA).
• 5–8 years’ experience with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• 3 years in a supervisory role and mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Head Start and Early Head Start services across multiple locations.
• Observe environments, train staff, and ensure curriculum adherence and resources.
• Oversee School Readiness, CLASS, and other program assessments.
• Collaborate with center directors and multidisciplinary teams to support child outcomes.
