Job summary

Tri-County Community Action Agency is seeking a talented Nursing/Health Education leader to oversee EHS home-based services and supervise Expectant Families staff in Bridgeton, NJ. The role requires coordination of health, dental, and nutrition services and strong program management within Head Start guidelines.

You'll implement home-based service plans, supervise staff, and assist families during transitions from Expectant Mothers to EHS. A graduate nursing degree and licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate Nursing degree preferred and licensure as RN/LPN.
• Experience in pediatric/early childhood health care.
• Ability to teach health education principles to diverse groups.
• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and daily vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Expectant Families and Home Visiting staff with training and support.
• Implement home-based EHS services and develop service area plans.
• Coordinate health, dental, and nutrition records and screenings.
• Assist with transitions from Expectant Mothers to EHS programs.
• Develop and maintain a community resource directory.
