Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED and/or relevant experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification or eligible to certify.
• Food Safety Certification or willingness to certify within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in kitchen food prep and cleanup, keeping areas tidy.
• Maintain accurate records and up-to-date logs.
• Lead health and nutrition activities to encourage healthy choices.
• Step in for Head Start Teacher when needed as backup.
• Assist with light janitorial duties as needed.
• Support recruitment and enrollment efforts for Head Start.
• Ensure a safe environment for children and staff.
