Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a child development credential program to be completed within 12 months.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, healthy learning environment indoors and outdoors.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and document in lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with parents and community resources.
• Coordinate with classroom staff and volunteers to support literacy and learning activities.
• Maintain records on enrolled children and families in accordance with licensing standards.
