Job summary

Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation is seeking a Teacher Assistant to help supervise preschool children and prepare learning activities. This role requires an AA degree in Early Childhood Education and one year of experience in a similar position.

As a Teacher Assistant, you will co-facilitate the curriculum, maintain communication with parents, and ensure a safe learning environment for children ages 0-5.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with children ages 0-5.
• Valid driver’s license to drive agency vehicle(s).
• CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparation of activities for preschool children.
• Provide safety and health checks for children.
• Co-facilitate daily curriculum implementation and discuss developmental progress.
