Urban Strategies seeks a Center Manager in Bronx, NY, to oversee Early Head Start operations. The role ensures compliance with Head Start standards, licensing, and HR policies, while leading staff and managing resources.

The ideal candidate has a background in early childhood administration, supervisory experience, and strong organizational skills. The position is full-time, exempt, with a 40-hour weekly schedule andBenefits included.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• New York State Teaching Certification in Early Childhood Education.
• 3+ years in an administrative role in education with supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead center operations in line with Head Start and licensing standards.
• Collaborate with EHS Director, Program Managers, teachers and staff.
• Implement HR policies for center staff and ensure confidentiality.
• Monitor enrollment, data reporting, and program outcomes.
• Oversee CACFP meal service, safety, and daily classroom coverage.
• Coordinate parent engagement activities and staff training.
