Job summary

Legends Global in Tampa, FL, partners with Raymond James Stadium to provide premium food and beverage service for games, concerts, and events. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Executive Sous Chef will lead production, operation, and sanitation across stadium kitchens, drive menu development, and ensure exceptional guest service.

The role requires extensive high-volume kitchen leadership, culinary training, English proficiency, ability to mentor staff, manage costs, and stand for long periods

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an executive sous chef in a high-volume stadium environment.
• Professional culinary education or equivalent training.
• Must have food safety certification and strong leadership abilities.
• Fluent English communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations for all stadium outlets.
• Plan menus, monitor food costs, and ensure sanitation standards.
• Lead and develop sous chefs and cooks; manage scheduling and performance.
