Legends Global is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. You will lead hands-on day-to-day kitchen operations across all outlets, ensuring top-tier guest experiences during game days and events.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will manage menu planning, cost control, sanitation, and staff development, while maintaining compliance with health and company standards. This onsite role requires flexibility for extended hours and events.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an executive sous chef in high-volume environments such as stadiums or arenas.
• Professional culinary education or equivalent fast-paced experience across fine-dining/catering.
• Knowledge of food & beverage menus, specials, and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations for all food outlets.
• Enforce departmental policies, standards, and safety procedures.
• Lead and develop Sous Chefs and Lead Cooks; schedule and coach staff.
• Manage budgeting, menu planning, and cost analyses; report on menu & cost data.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, vendor relations, and cost control.
