TOCA Soccer is seeking a Head Soccer Coach to support the General Manager in delivering our dynamic TOCA Training program. You will foster a welcoming environment for players, parents and staff while driving program quality and growth across community partnerships.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, budget accountability and marketing collaboration to meet session targets and revenue goals in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading soccer coaching programs and teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and meet revenue/target goals.
• Strong communication with parents, players and staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Manager to uphold program budget and financial reports.
• Follow monthly business plan to achieve session targets.
• Use CSAT, NPS, referrals and reviews to retain and grow clients.
• Contribute to year-over-year and monthly growth of the program.
• Build relationships with parents, community organizations, and local soccer clubs.
• Increase leads, guest traffic, and drop-ins through partnerships.
• Assist in marketing strategies to attract participants.
• Update TOCA Training Whiteboard to track performance.
• Follow up with dropped clients to identify turnover trends.
• Participate in a plan to Win Back past clients.
• Commit to servicing minimum sessions weekly.
• Perform Baseline Session Data for effective conversion.
• Tailor TOCA training to players.
