Job summary

Signature Health Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Supervisor, School-Based Services to lead a team of school-based counselors and support the Manager in program development and community outreach.

The role requires a Master’s degree, an Ohio license (LISW/PCC), at least 3 years in behavioral health with supervisory experience, and the ability to collaborate with school staff to deliver evidence-based care within the school setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Ohio LISW or PCC license; LISW-S/LPCC-S within month.
• 3+ years in Behavioral Health.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with school-based clients preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily objectives of the school-based behavioral health provider team.
• Monitor monthly billing and resource utilization.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct annual reviews.
• Lead meetings and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop school-based clinical care operations and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, policies, and documentation.
• Represent Signature Health to schools and communities.
• Maintain client charting per Medicaid and CARF standards.
