Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous crew coaching experience is desirable.
• Experience in high school or college coaching is desirable.
• Ability to teach crew techniques and rules.

Responsibilities

• Coach participants in skills for excellent achievement in rowing.
• Maintain records of rosters, injuries, scores, and statistics.
• Be available during the school year for guidance and counseling.
• Recommend equipment and uniforms as appropriate.
• Ensure athlete academic eligibility and safety of facilities.
