Job summary

Energetic in Catonsville, MD is seeking a Head Baker to lead our restaurant and production kitchen. This is not a 9-to-5 baking job; you will own the baking operation from the first batch to service, quality control, and ongoing production.

You’ll oversee recipe development, inventory, and cost controls while mentoring a baking team through demanding schedules, overnight and early-morning shifts, and a fast-paced environment.
