Job summary

The Club at Forest Ridge in Broken Arrow, OK, seeks a dynamic Pickleball Program Director to lead and expand our growing pickleball program. You will design clinics, run onboarding, and develop leagues and tournaments while building strong member connections and DUPR participation.

Collaborate with the Racquet Sports Director and tennis team to coordinate multi-sport events and ensure an exceptional pickleball experience for players from beginners to advanced.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow all pickleball programming: clinics, private lessons, beginner 101s, leagues, open plays, socials, and tournaments
• Run monthly Pickleball 101 onboarding for new players
• Foster member connections through game arranging and DUPR building
• Design programs and drills for beginner to 4.0+ advanced players
• Work closely with Racquet Sports Director and the tennis team to plan multi-sport tournaments and, pickle and padel events
• Serve as the face of pickleball at the club and in the community
