Qualifications

• 20+ years in workplace, facilities, or corporate services leadership, esp. in high-tech environments.
• 10+ years managing teams with talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record improving workplace experiences via feedback and data.
• Expertise in physical security and its integration with cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of EHS compliance and outsourcing facilities partners.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for HQ and regional offices to ensure reliability and ease of use.
• Shape the employee experience from onboarding through workplace amenities in collaboration with HR.
• Develop and manage roadmaps for workplace enhancements and facilities projects.
• Oversee safety and security programs, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage the workplace services budget and relationships with facilities management partners.
• Lead and mentor the workplace services team and present plans/results to senior leadership.
