Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Head of Loyalty Strategy to define the loyalty roadmap, principles and measurement framework across Fidelity Wealth. You will lead strategy grounded in customer needs and enterprise growth priorities, translating insights into scalable programs that boost engagement and retention.

Reporting to the Head of Business Marketing, you will shape experiences using research, NPS and engagement data, while guiding test-and-learn initiatives and coaching a high-performing team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, CX, business strategy and/or loyalty.
• Proven track record building customer-centric loyalty programs with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable, enterprise-level strategies.
• Outside-in mindset using research, data, and competitive insight to inform decisions.
• Strong people leadership coaching teams to think strategically and execute clearly.

Responsibilities
