Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, FL is seeking a Manager of Workload Analytics and Planning to design omni-channel workload forecasts for Disney Central’s 50+ business units and 2,000+ Cast Members. You will lead a team delivering forecasting models, labor strategies, and decision-support tools to drive service and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical experience with forecasting, workforce planning, staffing, or labor analytics.
• 3+ years leading teams, projects, or strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to mentor analytical teams and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Advanced problem-solving, critical-thinking, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict workload and optimize staffing and planning decisions.
• Lead workforce planning strategies across Disney Central to meet operational and financial targets.
• Create short/long-term and annual operating plan workforce forecasts and staffing recommendations.
• Explore automation and analytics opportunities using Power BI, Snowflake, Python, and R.
