Responsibilities

• Direct the online work execution process and address process problems.
• Participate in senior management committees and forums.
• Direct outage preparation, planning, and scheduling communications.
• Fulfill managerial responsibilities for assigned staff and staff development.
• Oversee non-refueling outage planning and scheduling.
• Oversee Online and Outage Risk Management programs for safe operations.
• Identify best practices and improve Work Management and Outage processes.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Work Control and Outage processes.
