Job summary

Energy Northwest in Richland, WA seeks a Work Management Director to provide leadership, oversight, and direction for the Work Control and Outage organizations. The role drives execution, refueling outage planning, and continuous improvement across maintenance and engineering at the nuclear facility.

The ideal candidate has a technical bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in operating, maintenance, or engineering at a commercial nuclear power plant, with SRO certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university and 10 years work experience in operating, maintenance, or engineering at a commercial nuclear power plant
• High school diploma or GED and 18 years work experience in operating, maintenance, or engineering at a commercial nuclear power plant
• Associate’s degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university and 14 years work experience in operating, maintenance, or engineering at a commercial nuclear power plant

Responsibilities

• Direct the online work execution process.
• Identify process problems and implement corrective actions to address those problems in a timely manner.
• Participate in senior management committees and forums.
• Direct refueling outage preparation, planning, and scheduling.
