Job summary

Cross Resource Group is seeking an experienced Nuclear Project Manager to support capital, outage, online maintenance, and enterprise-risk work at a commercial nuclear generating station in Richland, WA. The role offers four days per week onsite, with multiple level tracks (I–III) and a single opening per level. Candidates must have commercial nuclear plant experience and U.S.

citizenship to be considered. Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and budgets,

Qualifications

• Commercial nuclear power plant experience required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risk, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for senior leadership updates.
• Onsite work in a nuclear plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead nuclear projects from planning through implementation, closeout, and performance tracking.
• Oversee capital, outage, online maintenance projects and work packages.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, operations, project controls, finance, safety and vendors.
• Mentor less experienced project managers when applicable.
