Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking an experienced Web Development Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of all company websites and web apps, including portals and guest-facing experiences. You will guide the web team, set technical standards, and ensure secure, high-performing platforms that support business goals.

You will collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Owner Services, manage external partners, and report on performance and project status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years progressive web development experience with leadership.
• Strong experience managing websites and web apps (CMS, front-end & back-end, UX/UI).
• Knowledge of hosting environments and web security best practices.
• Experience with project management, QA processes, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills with multitasking ability.
• Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, hospitality, or travel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of all company websites and web applications.
• Manage roadmap and prioritization for Club portal, marketing portal, miniVAC, Tour applications, and more.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan and deliver new features & integrations.
• Establish web development standards, QA processes, and release procedures.
• Monitor performance, uptime, security, and user experience across all web properties.
