Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive web development experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing websites/web apps, CMS, front-end/back-end, and UX/UI best practices.
• Knowledge of web development languages, hosting, and security best practices.
• Experience in project management, QA processes, and vendor/agency management.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with multitasking.
• Experience in the timeshare, hospitality, or travel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of all company websites and web apps.
• Manage roadmap and prioritization for Club portal, marketing portal, mini vac and tour web apps, and others.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external developers/vendors to plan features and integrations.
• Establish web development standards, QA processes, and release procedures to ensure quality and minimize downtime.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and technologies to improve web functionality and user experience.
• Oversee site performance, uptime, security, and user experience across web properties.
• Coordinate enhancements, bug fixes, patches, and upgrades across all web applications.
