Job summary

Wabtec is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will oversee daily warehousing activities, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. You will collaborate with various teams and lead a diverse workforce.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of warehouse experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. A valid forklift license and proficiency in SAP/Oracle are preferred.

The role comes with a salary range of $62,100–$85,300, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, 1–2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Valid forklift operator’s license and/or 'Train-the-Trainer' certification preferred.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities ensuring throughput and quality.
• Hire, train, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.
