Job summary

Rite-Hite in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a senior leader to drive regional warehouse operations and strategy. You will lead a network of coordinators and analysts, shape the multi-year master plan, and partner with Distribution Operations Excellence and Supply Chain leadership to optimize service, inventory, and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred; ASCM/APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional warehouse coordinators and warehouse operations analysts across the network.
• Own multi-year warehouse and distribution master plan with leadership.
• Oversee warehouse operations and technician truck stocking to ensure service readiness.
• Define service boundaries, capabilities, and future-state operating models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on site selection, capital needs, and business cases.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory improvements.
