Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a senior leader to drive the long-range warehouse and distribution strategy across its network. You will own the operating model, lead regional coordinators, and partner with Finance, Real Estate, Legal, and other stakeholders to optimize capacity, cost, and service levels.

The role requires a deep background in warehouse operations, inventory control, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on safety, productivity, and customer responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years in leadership in warehouse operations or distribution.
• Experience launching multiple facilities including site assessment and real estate input.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow.
• Experience with Salesforce, JDE EnterpriseOne, Tableau is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional warehouse coordinators and operations resources across the network.
• Set expectations, standard work, and accountability for warehouse roles.
• Drive multi-year warehouse and distribution master plan in partnership with leadership.
• Oversee truck stocking and inventory replenishment to ensure service readiness.
• Develop budgets and drive cost-improvement opportunities across the network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align capacity and inventory with demand.
