You will coach regional coordinators, drive multi-year plans, and ensure safe, efficient inventory management with strong collaboration across Supply Chain, Finance, Real Estate, and Manufacturing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience leading multi-site or geographically distributed warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, network design, and inventory control.
• Experience with enterprise systems like WMS, TMS, ERP, CRM; Salesforce, JDE, Tableau preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable regional warehouse coordinators and analysts.
• Own multi-year warehouse and distribution master plan; evaluate network and realign locations.
• Oversee warehouse operations and truck stocking; ensure inventory accuracy and readiness.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory performance.
• Define and deploy warehouse technology needs (WMS, TMS, ERP, Tableau).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align capacity and inventory with demand.
