Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited in Coppell, TX is seeking a Director of Visual Merchandising & Store Experience to lead our in-store creative strategy and elevate the customer journey across the fleet.

The role oversees display design, windows, signage, planograms, fixtures and marketing collateral, partnering with Marketing, Buying and Store Ops to ensure brand consistency and scalable store experiences. Travel may be required to support stores and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field.
• 10+ years in Visual Merchandising at corporate level with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience designing customer journey flows and wayfinding.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overarching visual strategy across product displays and store formats.
• Develop scalable store experiences including fixtures, decor, windows, music, and signage.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising and Ops to ensure on-brand experiences.
• Guide cross-functional teams through complex, high-visibility projects.
• Mentor and develop the in-store merchandising team.
