Self Regional Healthcare is seeking a senior leader to manage Virtual Services and MyChart, oversee budgeting and strategic planning, and drive staff development. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership across clinical and IT teams.

The position leads a multi-disciplinary group, plans initiatives, and reports weekly to the AVP. Experience with hospital information systems and Epic is preferred. On-site in Greenwood, SC with standard healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS and eight (8) years’ experience or equivalent twelve (12) years of progressive information systems management experience or virtual services.
• Proven record of effective technical and application systems management in a complex, open architecture environment.
• Knowledge of hospital information systems environment and office automation applications is preferred.
• Strong planning, supervisory and management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with administration, clinicians, IT personnel and all clients.
• Ability to negotiate with customers to establish and maintain priorities.
• Familiarity with Ethernet, TCP/IP, LANs and WANs.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of Virtual Services and MyChart, including budgeting, planning, implementation and support.
• Maintain channels of communication; conduct staff meetings and provide feedback until issues are resolved.
• Foster professional growth and staff development through education and training programs.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate activities; analyze workflows with a multi-disciplinary team; develop and test models.
• Prepare weekly status reports to AVP detailing milestones, issues and schedule updates.
• Interview applicants, schedule employees, and evaluate performance within evaluation timelines.
• Ensure licensing compliance and adherence to Self Regional policies.
