Job summary

MD Visual Arts, a Miami-based creative content agency, seeks a mid-level videographer to cover luxury property projects across South Florida. You will capture construction progress and finished-property showcases, then craft content aligned with each client's brand voice.

MD Visual Arts is a Miami-based creative content and social media agency. We work with construction, architecture, real estate, development and luxury property brands. We turn our clients' projects into cinematic content that builds credibility and wins business. Today we serve 14 clients across CRE brokerage, development, luxury construction, hardscape and landscaping.

The role

We're looking for a mid-level videographer to join our team full-time. You'll be on job sites, luxury properties and developments across South Florida. You'll capture everything from construction progress to finished-property showcases and turn it into content our clients are proud to share.

What you'll do

• Shoot cinematic video and short-form reels for social media and marketing campaigns
• Fly drone missions for aerial property, site and progress footage
• Document construction projects from groundbreaking to completion
• Edit and deliver polished videos on tight turnaround, following each client's brand style
• Coordinate shoots on-site with clients, contractors and project managers
• Manage and organize footage, gear and project files

What we're looking for

• 2–4+ years of professional videography experience (a portfolio is required)
• Experience flying drones for commercial work
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve
• Solid knowledge of camera settings, lighting, composition and audio
Fluent Spanish and at least intermediate English
• Based in the Miami area, with reliable transportation to travel between job sites
• Organized, proactive and comfortable working directly with clients

• Experience in real estate, architecture or construction content
• Color grading and motion graphics
