Job summary

Hach & Rose, LLP in New York is seeking an in-house videographer and content creator to own video production for Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This role sits at the heart of the marketing team, not as an add-on.

You will shoot and edit vertical video, craft platform-specific content, and manage posting schedules while maintaining a strong, cohesive brand look across channels. Direct non-professional talent and bring fresh ideas between shoots.

Qualifications

• Real experience shooting and editing short-form vertical video; portfolio or reel required.
• Genuine feel for social media; knows why something performs, not just how to shoot it.
• Comfortable directing non-professional talent (attorneys).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen the Firm's brand identity across social platforms.
• Develop campaigns that build brand awareness and engagement.
• Create engaging blogs, website content, newsletters, attorney profiles, and client testimonials.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar.
• Manage the Firm's social media platforms and content calendar.
• Create, publish, and monitor engaging social content, including organic and paid campaigns.
• Produce and edit photography, video, and graphic content.
• Develop creative assets for digital, print, and advertising initiatives.
• Manage Google reviews, client feedback, and testimonial initiatives.
• Monitor the Firm's online reputation and directory listings.
• Coordinate sponsorships, networking events, and charitable initiatives.
• Support community outreach efforts that strengthen the Firm's presence.
