Drug Hunter is seeking a Director of UX and Product Design to own the overall user experience, UI/UX architecture, and design direction across the product portfolio. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Science, and Commercial teams to ensure experiences are grounded in user evidence and aligned with business goals to drive adoption and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in product design, UX design and architecture for B2B or B2X software.
• Experience designing enterprise/scientific/technical data-intensive products for professional users.
• Proficient with modern product design methodologies and prototyping tools, incl. AI-enabled design tools.

• Own the UI/UX architecture and design direction across the product portfolio.
• Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user experiences with business goals.
• Establish scalable design systems and processes for reviews and validation.
