Drug Hunter is seeking a Director of UX and Product Design to own the user experience across the product portfolio, translating complex user needs into intuitive designs and coordinating with Product, Engineering, Science, and Commercial teams.

You will establish scalable design systems, lead UI/UX processes, conduct user research, and shape product strategy to drive adoption and growth while mentoring the design organization.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in product design, UX design and architecture across B2B or B2X digital products.
• Experience designing enterprise, scientific, analytical, or data-intensive software for specialized professional users.
• Strong proficiency with modern product design methodologies and tools, including prototyping platforms and AI-enabled design tools.

Mansioni

• Own the UI/UX architecture and product design direction across the portfolio.
• Develop information architecture, navigation structures, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate complex user needs and workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and customer discovery to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy and business goals.
