Job summary

LVT is redefining how physical-site operations are secured with AI-driven, actionable intelligence. This Director of UX will lead design across a growing multi-product ecosystem, shaping how hardware, deployment, and software work together to enable ISM outcomes.

We seek an experienced leader who combines strong design judgment with hands-on craft, capable of scaling a design function, influencing executives, and leveraging GenAI-native workflows to accelerate delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with leadership of a design team.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end product design across a multi-product ecosystem.
• Experience translating technical/data-dense systems into intuitive experiences.
• Experience owning or contributing to a design system.
• Demonstrated AI-native design leadership and adoption of AI workflows.
• Strong cross-functional advocacy with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Experience applying user research to product decisions.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the UX vision and design strategy across LVT's full product ecosystem.
• Own end-to-end user experience across a complex, multi-product system.
• Translate sensor data and live monitoring into intuitive experiences for enterprise users.
• Lead, build, and mentor a full design function and guide career growth.
• Drive AI-native product design and adoption of AI-powered workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM while advocating for design-led thinking.
• Establish and maintain design standards and a scalable design system.
• Champion user research and translate insights into product direction.
• Recruit, hire, and retain designers and researchers as the team grows.
• Report on design outcomes and their impact on product and business goals.
