Job summary

Neptune Technology Group Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager, Utility Data & Systems to own customer data across the services lifecycle, spanning project data management, Neptune 360/My360, and API integrations.

You will ensure data is accurate, well-integrated, and fully leveraged for utilities. The role leads a team of data and implementation specialists, partners across services and support, and requires strong data management, API knowledge, and project leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, CS or equivalent.
7+ years in data management, systems implementation, or software adoption/training with 3+ years in leadership.
Experience with AMI/AMR data systems or utility billing/CIS integrations preferred.
Experience with API/SDK development or integration and training customers on software adoption.

Responsibilities

Own production and transfer file processes for install projects and Neptune 360.
Lead data validation and ongoing data-quality monitoring across customer accounts.
Direct implementation, provisioning, and configuration of Neptune 360 and My360 for new/existing customers.
Own Neptune 360 adoption training to help utilities realize data value.
Lead API and data-link work, including integrations and SDK/API access.
