Reporting to the VP, Market Access & Patient Services, you will manage payer relationships with national and regional accounts, shape strategy, enable launches, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and patient services to maximize patient access, revenue, and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree or higher preferred.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical industry, with 5–7 years in US market access roles.
• Experience leading and managing a market access team.
• Experience with national payers, regional payers, government accounts, and field reimbursement.

Aufgaben

• Coach and develop a team of Market Access Directors across regions.
• Develop overarching strategy with VP Market Access and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and present strategic account plans for assigned payer verticals.
• Lead interactions with US payers to build awareness of BioCryst products.
• Collaborate with Patient Services and Value & Access teams to create pull-through materials.
• Monitor trends in coverage and reimbursement policies, pricing and contracting strategies.
• Prepare business updates aligned with Market Access, Sales and Marketing objectives.
