Neto Capital is seeking a Head of Underwriting to own credit decisioning across our MCA portfolio. You will have final approval authority on deals, define the credit box, and build the underwriting function as volume grows.

The role requires direct MCA underwriting experience and hands-on leadership to shape policy, tooling, and risk controls. This is an on-site position based in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, with competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualificações

• 5+ years underwriting merchant cash advances or similar revenue-based business financing.
• Deep command of bank statement analysis, cash flow modeling, stacking detection, and MCA-specific fraud and default patterns.
• Experience setting or materially shaping a credit box and defending those decisions to ownership.
• Comfortable operating without a large support function — hands-on role in a growing company, not a large-bank seat.

Responsabilidades

• Own final approval, decline, and pricing decisions on MCA submissions, including exception calls outside the standard credit box.
• Define and maintain underwriting policy, approval limits, and risk tolerances; adjust based on portfolio performance and default trends.
• Build and lead the underwriting team — hiring, training, file review, and quality control on junior underwriters' recommendations.
• Direct the in-house AI/ML underwriting tools: set the rules and thresholds they run on, and work with Product on what gets automated.
