Capchase is seeking a Director of Credit to underwrite large-ticket deals and manage credit risk across complex financings. You will write memos, defend decisions at the Credit Committee, and own syndication readiness with capital markets partners.

You will lead leasing and cross-border structuring efforts, ensuring collateral perfection and risk controls, while co-owning credit policy with the VP Risk.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in large-ticket underwriting and credit analysis.
• Ability to write credit memos and defend them to Credit Committee.
• Experience with syndication, capital markets, and cross-border structuring.

Responsabilidades

• Large-ticket underwriting hands-on and AI-driven; assess leverage and liquidity.
• Maintain credit authority; respond to escalations with clear reasoning.
• Oversee syndication readiness and external memo standards.
• Lead leasing/transaction structuring and collateral perfection.
• Co-own credit policy with VP Risk and monitor portfolio health.
