Craft Recruiting seeks a Senior Underwriter to serve as the final underwriting decision-maker for MCA and revenue-based financing deals with an average size of about $50k. You will interview merchants, assess repayment risk, and structure offers that balance competitiveness with portfolio protection.
This is a hands-on, ground-floor role reporting to leadership, with a clear path to higher leadership as the company scales. Onsite daily in Miami with relocation support.
Qualificações
- 5+ years of revenue-based financing or merchant cash advance underwriting experience.
- Proven ownership of final underwriting decisions.
- Experience interviewing merchants and evaluating repayment risk.
- Track record of portfolio protection and risk mitigation.
- Willingness to be onsite daily in Miami; relocation supported.
Responsabilidades
- Lead final underwriting for MCA/revenue-based financing deals (~$50k average size).
- Conduct repayment capacity reviews and portfolio risk assessments.
- Run direct merchant interviews to assess needs and risks.
- Collaborate with junior underwriters and pricing to balance offers.
- Protect the firm's capital with a portfolio-management mindset.
