Job summary

Everllence is seeking a Manager, Workshop to lead all workshop operations including repair, overhaul, machining, and welding of turbomachinery and rotating components in our North American hub. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery across customer projects.

You will manage budgets, performance metrics, and cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement and strategic growth for the workshop in Houston and broader North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing, or operations management.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP or related certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all workshop operations for repair, overhaul, machining, welding and revamp activities.
• Lead workforce development including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
