Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ticketing, operations, technology, or sports business.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing ticketing technology platforms and vendor relationships.
• Experience leading major operational projects or platform migrations.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term ticketing strategy and technology roadmap.
• Oversee ticketing platform strategy, vendor relationships, and platform migrations.
• Govern pricing, inventory and revenue initiatives across primary and secondary ticketing.
• Partner with Analytics, ADI, Technology, Finance, Stadium Operations, and Sales.
• Ensure governance standards and data-driven decision making across ticketing operations.
