Early Warning is seeking a senior leader to manage the Third-Party Risk Management program. You will oversee onboarding, risk assessments, monitoring of third parties, and drive policy development aligned with regulatory expectations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Procurement to mitigate risk. You will lead a team of high-performing professionals, develop KPI/KRI reporting, and mature the TPRM framework to reduce material risk while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of TPRM experience.
• 5+ years FI/TPRM experience.
• Experience gathering, analyzing data and presenting findings.
• Proven leadership of high performing teams.
• Process-driven with scalable process design.
• Detail-oriented with results focus.
• Experience in operational/data security risk management.
• Broad banking knowledge and security controls.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring of third parties.
• Develop and update policy per risk appetite and regulatory changes.
• Lead testing of controls and training communications.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to mitigate third-party risk.
• Deliver reporting on KPIs and KRIs for the TPRM program.
