Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Third‑Party IT Risk Manager to lead and modernize its global TPRM program across a complex supplier landscape. You will align third‑party engagements with risk appetite, security standards, and regulatory expectations while driving intelligent assurance through automation, validation, and continuous monitoring.

Based in the United States, this role partners with Global Supply Chain, Legal, Privacy, and Procurement to standardize contracting and controls.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of cybersecurity, technology risk, or information security experience.
• Significant ownership of third party or supplier cyber risk management in large enterprises.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience designing and leading a global TPRM program across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Wolters Kluwer’s global Third Party Risk Management program and operating model.
• Modernize TPRM with data-driven approaches, AI, and continuous monitoring.
• Develop and review contracts to protect company assets and requirements.
• Provide enterprise-wide governance, reporting, and escalation on third party cyber risk.
• Build and develop a high performing team of risk professionals and reviewers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and Enterprise Risk Management.
