Responsibilities

• Manage bottom-line profitability of all tennis programming.
• Provide high-quality coaching in a safe, welcoming environment.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor coaches/instructors.
• Train and build a cohesive coaching staff through regular meetings.
• Mentor younger coaches to foster positive culture.
• Attend Directors of Tennis Meetings and report to the GM.
• Provide concierge-style consultation to members on tennis programming and training.
• Promote tennis and related sports and fitness offerings.
• Stay informed on USTA, UTR, ITF and other competitions for adults and juniors.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Support club marketing initiatives and events.
• Oversee Equipment orders and inventory management.
• Oversee Summer Excel Tennis Camp and Intersession Camps.
