Qualifications

• Directorship or head coach experience in tennis programs.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead staff.
• Experience with program development and business growth.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance on-court coaching with administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee high-performance programs (junior academy, elite training).
• Design and implement player development pathways from beginner to elite levels.
• Coach high-level players and mentor competitive athletes.
• Support tournament planning, college placement pathways, and travel team development.
• Evaluate player progress and provide structured feedback systems.
• Oversee all tennis programming (junior, adult, camps, clinics, private lessons).
• Ensure consistent quality and structure across all programs.
• Manage scheduling, court utilization, and program logistics.
• Monitor class sizes, retention, and overall program performance.
• Maintain high standards for customer experience and engagement.
